Kevin Davis MIET IEng

Management Consultancy Services was founded in 1991 by Kevin Davis IEng MIET. The business was originally established to help smaller companies across the South of England implement ISO 9001 quality systems under a government Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) initiative.
Most of these clients were established or growing businesses employing fewer than 50 people. Over the years, the practice has gained deep, practical experience working across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, fabrication, electrical contracting, construction, security, and technology services.
Having supported over 100 businesses with straightforward, practical advice, the consultancy takes pride in offering exceptional value through clear, fixed-rate fees. Projects are highly structured, meaning many setups are successfully completed on time and typically within 5 to 30 working days over a 1 to 12-month period.
